Repair And Renovation Of Residential Houses Tender Notice
Description
Repair and renovation works including repair and renovation of House No.14 Colony No.02 at Main Campus and external work of House No.17 Colony No.01 at Main Campus under EPADS e-tendering system based on MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026. Registered contractors and firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council license Punjab Revenue Authority registration Professional Tax Certificate and Active Taxpayer status are eligible to participate. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening time. Bids must be submitted item-wise through EPADS and incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. Estimated costs are Rs.4,987,831 and Rs.2,353,927 with completion periods of 60 days and 30 days respectively. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 03-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in presence of Tender Opening Committee and bidders representatives. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
