Arrangements For Muharram Religious Events Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and arrangement works for Muharram Ul Haram 2026 through EPADS under single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Contractors firms manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR PRA PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category are eligible to participate. E-bids must be uploaded in PDF format through EPADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost amounting to Rs.162,500 in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Khanewal. Original bid security must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 01-06-2026 at 11:30 AM and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Lowest evaluated bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount within 15 days of offer letter. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under Punjab PP Rules 2014.
