Procurement of miscellaneous security items CCTV camera services transport services accommodation meals and security equipment for Muharram Chehlum Hazrat Imam Husain VVIP visits Eid Melad-Un-Nabi and other events across District Sialkot through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Services include installation of CCTV cameras hiring of vehicles and transport accommodation for security staff meals including hi-tea breakfast lunch dinner purchase of walkthrough security gates and procurement of CCTV accessories and equipment. Firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and EPADS are eligible to participate. Original bid security equal to 2% of procurement estimate must be submitted before 03-06-2026 at 02:00 PM and successful bidder shall furnish 5% performance guarantee in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids will be opened on 03-06-2026 at 03:00 PM and bid validity shall remain 120 days.
