Description

Construction, improvement, reconditioning and blacktopping of multiple link roads in District Jhelum Valley under constituencies LA-32 and LA-33 through Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding System. Works include Package No.2 containing Link Road Dhani Mandi to Mohalla Sadeeque Length 0.50 Km and Link Road Luloor to Bandi Bakalan Length 0.50 Km with total length 1 Km. Additional works include Package No.12 containing Link Road Qureshi Mohalla Naka Dhani Bandi Mohri Length 0.50 Km and Link Road Lower Naina Mohalla Abdul Gafoor Khan Length 0.50 Km with total length 1 Km. Further works under LA-33 Package No.14 include Link Road Sharqi Pahul Length 0.45 Km, Link Road Soka Length 0.45 Km and Link Road Bakot Length 0.45 Km with total length 1.35 Km. Eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council and endorsed in C&W Govt AJ&K for FY 2025-26 in categories C-5 and C-6 with specialization code CE-01 may participate. Interested bidders shall upload scanned copies of bank receipts showing proof of bid security deposit in designated divisional joint accounts along with relevant documents on the E-Bidding dashboard. Contractors quoting rates below 10 percent of engineering estimates shall submit additional bid security equal to the difference between engineering estimate and bid price before opening of tender. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on percentage Above/Below/At par basis and only two digits after decimal point shall be considered for evaluation. Hard copies of original bank receipts and signed bidding documents must be submitted within 48 hours after bid opening. Technical profiles must be uploaded in PDF format only. Blacklisted firms, contractors, companies, suppliers and distributors are not eligible and bidders must provide affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and absence of conflict or litigation with government authorities. Bid opening is scheduled on 27-05-2026 at 11:30 AM.
