Procurement Of Flood Relief Goods And Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and hiring of flood and monsoon relief arrangements including food hampers cooked food mosquito nets cots drinking water flour plastic mats animal fodder mattresses and transport vehicles for relief goods distribution in District Faisalabad through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms authorized dealers and suppliers registered with FBR Punjab Revenue Authority and EPADS possessing technical expertise and managerial competence may participate. Bidding documents and specifications are available free of cost on EPADS and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 19 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day in committee room of Deputy Commissioner Office Faisalabad. Bid security amounting to 3% of total estimated cost equal to Rs. 1,545,000 in shape of CDR bank draft or bankers cheque is mandatory and original instruments must be submitted physically at bid opening. Successful bidders shall provide 3% performance guarantee before issuance of letter of acceptance.
