Jinnah Medical Construction Company invites international and national bids under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS for selection of EPC contractor for construction of Jinnah Medical Complex and Research Center Islamabad. The project comprises development of a state of the art 1400 bed teaching hospital and research center. Eligible bidders including joint ventures must possess PEC Category CA for local firms or FCA for foreign firms with required construction and consultant codes including CE-01 CE-10 BC-03 ME-01 EE-04 EE-05 and consultant service codes 0531 and 0532 with profile codes 1201 and 1203. Bidders must demonstrate collective average annual turnover of PKR 56 billion or USD 200 million during the last five years and lead partner experience of at least one 1000 bed tertiary healthcare hospital completed within the last 12 years. Bid security amount is PKR 1,500,000,000 with bid validity of 120 days. Bid submission deadline is 18 June 2026 before 04:00 PM and technical opening will be held at 04:30 PM the same day.
