Parachute Bags Record Room Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of parachute bags for record room under single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids are invited from financially sound and experienced firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and PRA authorities. Estimated procurement amount is PKR 1,500,000 with bid security of PKR 75,000 in the form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order in favor of District and Sessions Judge Jhang. Technical and financial bids must include all applicable taxes and remain valid for 60 days. Original bid security instrument must be submitted one day before submission deadline and successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract value. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by May 19 2026 at 12:30 PM and bids will be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day. Pro Tip: Ensure timely physical submission of original bid security and upload complete technical documentation on EPADS.
