Selection and rate contracting framework agreement for procurement of - Medical devices - Sutures - Cotton and related items - Medicines for fiscal year 2026-27 through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers importers indenters and authorized distributors registered with DRAP may participate. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids searchable PDF documents mandatory bid security of PKR 500000 in shape of CDR and non-refundable tender fee. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 22-05-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidders offering medical devices and related goods must provide samples and quoted product lists in hard and soft forms before specified deadline.
