Court Equipment Furniture Stationery Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of items for Sessions Courts Mansehra including - UPS systems with dry batteries - Water dispensers - AC units - Virtual court and virtual point systems - Hard drives SSD NAS and network switches - Laptops and printers - White paper legal size - Printer and photostat toners - Revolving office chairs. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure for hardware IT equipment and plant machinery while single stage procedure shall apply for furniture and stationery items. Eligible bidders must appear on Active Taxpayers List of FBR possess sales tax and income tax registrations and provide 3% bid security in shape of original CDR. Samples are required at opening time and manufacturers or authorized dealers must possess minimum three years experience. Bids shall be submitted by 04-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: Submit separate technical and financial proposals with complete registration certificates and item samples.
