Air Conditioners Computers Ups Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of machinery and IT equipment including - Air Conditioners (1.5 Ton) - Water Dispenser - Electric Water Cooler - Computer systems with Backup UPS and Printers for office use ensuring operational efficiency and administrative support. Bidders must submit separate bids for each lot with prices quoted inclusive of all taxes under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Technical and Financial proposals are required separately and each bid must include 5% refundable earnest money in the form of call deposit receipt attached with the technical bid. Firms must provide Sales Tax Income Tax and Professional Tax registration certificates along with affidavit declaring that the firm is not blacklisted or a government defaulter. Bids must be submitted through EPADS fully completed signed and stamped. Bid opening will be conducted in presence of firm representatives on the same day.
