Courts Furniture Items Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items including office tables sofa sets revolving chairs for officers office chairs cane type office chairs poshish type and computer chairs for District Courts Pakpattan during financial year 2025-2026. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with sales tax and income tax departments in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1). Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 at 09:30 AM and shall be opened on same day at 10:00 AM. Original bid security amounting to PKR 133,104 against estimated cost of PKR 2,662,080 must be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to District and Sessions Judge Pakpattan before 03-06-2026 till 03:30 PM. Blacklisted or debarred bidders are not eligible to participate. Procuring authority reserves rights under PPRA Rules and detailed advertisement is available on EPADS website.
