Medicines Surgical Dental Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of medicines surgical disposables surgical sutures surgical dressing cotton gauze bandages and dental material for financial year 2026-27 from manufacturers sole agents and importers having technical financial and managerial capabilities. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended version using single stage two envelope bidding procedure with separate technical and financial proposals uploaded on EPADS. Samples of quoted items shall be received on specified submission date and pre-bid meeting shall be held on 04-06-2026. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened. Signing and stamping of each page of bidding documents is mandatory otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bid validity period shall remain 180 days and all applicable taxes shall apply according to government rules.
