Punjab Public Library Improvement Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Addition alteration and improvement works at Government Punjab Public Library Lahore through EPADS under Communication and Works Department Punjab. Item rate based tender is invited from contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with PEC for current financial year having relevant specialized codes GE09 and GE10. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS under PPRA rules and manual bids shall not be accepted. Contractors must upload earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated DNIT cost in form of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque and submit original instrument before bid closing time. Online bids shall be opened in presence of contractors or authorized representatives having power of attorney. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Ensure valid PEC specialized codes GE09 and GE10 are available before tender submission to avoid disqualification.
