Description
Procurement of office furniture items for Civil Courts Khushab including office tables computer tables C-tables sofa sets revolving chairs cane chairs poshish chairs presiding chairs computer chairs side book racks center tables and litigant benches through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed firms registered with sales tax income tax departments and E-Procurement system. Procurement shall follow single stage one envelope bidding procedure and all quoted rates must include GST and PRA taxes. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated amount in favour of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Khushab is mandatory. Successful bidder shall provide performance bank guarantee up to 10 percent of contract value. Tender will be awarded to bidders offering lowest price in maximum number of items.
