Framework Contract For Medicines And Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Procure day-to-day local purchase medicines including multinational and national pharmaceutical brands together with surgical disposable items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System while the original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft shall be submitted before bid opening. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bidders shall submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not permitted. Taxes shall be deducted in accordance with applicable government rules.
