Framework contract for day-to-day local purchase of multinational and national medicines and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders shall possess valid centralized drug sale licences and relevant tax registrations. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost submitted before the closing time. Bid submission closes on 18.08.2026 at 11:30 AM and bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
