All One Computers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure 5 all in one computers for operational and administrative use through electronic bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must be active taxpayers listed with FBR. Procurement will be conducted under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial electronic proposals through EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Hard copy of bid security in original form must be submitted before deadline otherwise electronic bids shall not be accepted. Bid security amounting to PKR 50000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain valid for 120 days. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day of submission deadline. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 33 of 2004. Pro Tip: Ensure timely EPADS submission and compliance with all technical requirements to avoid rejection.
