Computer Systems It Hardware Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision of latest generation computer systems and IT hardware for GIS Directorate WASA Lahore through EPADS from suppliers and contractors registered on e-PADS with valid PEC license category C-6 or above and active NTN and PNTN status. Procurement shall follow single stage one envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS in PDF format and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security amounting to 3% of estimated cost in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or Banker Cheque shall be uploaded in soft copy and submitted physically before bid submission deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Conditional tenders and unreadable or virus infected bids shall be rejected. Tendered rates shall be filled in figures and words and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: Suppliers with valid PEC registration compliant EPADS submissions and properly issued bid securities can improve responsiveness in IT infrastructure procurement.
