University Vehicles Auction Through Epads Tender Notice
Description
Auction of university vehicles on as is and where is basis through EPADS 2.0 using sealed envelope method for Pakistani citizens possessing valid CNIC and tax filer status. Bid security for each vehicle shall be submitted separately through pay order or bank draft in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad and physical submission before closing date is mandatory. Offered price must include 10 percent government auction tax. Vehicles may be physically inspected at COMSATS University Islamabad during working hours from Monday to Thursday. Successful bidders shall deposit the full amount within five working days after approval and vehicles will be handed over within three working days after full payment. Ownership transfer and all token taxes duties penalties and excise charges shall be responsibility of purchaser. Failure to deposit payment shall result in forfeiture of bid security and disqualification under PPRA Rule 19. Pro Tip: Interested buyers should inspect vehicles carefully before bidding and ensure timely submission of bid securities and EPADS proposals to avoid disqualification.
