Procurement Of Furniture Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items under framework contract for financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms distributors dealers and suppliers having previous experience in relevant field and valid Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registrations may participate through EPADS. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of bank call deposit or CDR in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Gujranwala is mandatory and successful bidder shall provide 10 percent performance guarantee. Suppliers must provide minimum one year warranty including free replacement service and maintenance and deliver items within 10 days after issuance of supply order. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and all rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes. Pro Tip: Furniture suppliers should provide properly signed electronic bids along with warranty commitments and complete tax registration certificates to ensure technical responsiveness.
