University of the Punjab invites bids on framework contract basis for bulk purchase medicines surgicals and disposables under single stage two envelope procedure for financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Estimated cost for bulk procurement is 110 million rupees with 2 percent CDR of quoted items required as bid security. EPADS submission is mandatory and no manual bids will be entertained.
