Description
Addendum for Phase-2 Incentive Transition and Ecosystem Strengthening Program including amendment in terms of reference and payment disbursement schedule for implementation support services. Updated payment terms specify release of 10% payment after successful completion and approval of deliverables 1 and 2 and 20% payment after successful completion and approval of deliverable 3. The revised bid submission deadline has been extended to 11-06-2026 before 1100 hours and bids shall be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. All other terms and conditions of the bidding documents remain unchanged.
