Event Management Firm Hospitality Summit Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of event management firm for organizing Islamabad Hospitality Summit including event planning, coordination, logistics management and associated hospitality summit execution services. Electronic technical and financial proposals are invited through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA from event management companies, firms or sole proprietors registered with PPRA on EPADS and NTN registration with FBR. Technical and financial proposals must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs. 1.5 million in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO Procurement and Contract CDA. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 05-06-2026 at 02:00 PM and opened at 02:30 PM on the same day at CDA Headquarters Islamabad. Manual proposals shall not be accepted.
