Ambulances Emergency Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of ambulances for Capital Emergency Service Islamabad including supply of emergency response vehicles and associated equipment through electronic procurement process. Technical and financial bids are invited from authorized dealers and manufacturers registered with PPRA on EPADS and NTN registration with FBR under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Electronic bidding documents are available on EPADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Technical bids must include bid security amounting to Rs. 10 million in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO P&C CDA with scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and original submitted at the time of opening. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 17-06-2026 at 11:30 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day at CDA Headquarters Islamabad. Pro Tip: Authorized vehicle suppliers with emergency medical fleet delivery capability and compliant public sector procurement experience may improve bid responsiveness.
