Medicines Consumables Civil Works Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and procurement for local purchase of all types of medicines formulary medicines radiology contrast lab consumables medical grade refrigerators and civil and MEP works for security department under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Procurement includes single stage two envelope bidding and prequalification procedures through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System. Interested eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayer List may obtain bidding documents free of cost from PPRA and e-PADS websites. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated amount in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order is mandatory and original bid security must be submitted physically before bid submission deadline. Bid validity period is 180 days and detailed specifications quantities evaluation method and estimated cost are provided in bidding documents. Pro Tip: Submit electronic bids well before deadline and physically deposit original bid security to avoid disqualification due to technical issues.
