Description
Procurement of Bridge Management System for Road Asset Management System under Communication and Works Department through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure. Contractors and firms enlisted with PEC in relevant category and specialization code CE10 are invited to submit technical and financial proposals separately. Estimated project cost is PKR 92132000 with earnest money equal to 2% of estimated cost in form of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque. Procurement includes technical evaluation and financial bid opening after assessment of technical proposals.
