Construction Of Walkway Jogging Track Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a 1.4 KM walkway jogging track from D-Type Bridge to Novelty Bridge. The estimated cost is Rs. 7,423,694 and bid security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 371,185 is required. The work has a time limit of 01 month and the tender is subject to the stated technical sanction reference. Bidding shall be conducted through the new Punjab E-Procurement System under the single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 with up-to-date amendments. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 may participate after registration on the E-Procurement System. Bidders must electronically upload rates against each item and the total bid amount after reviewing the available BOQ. Physical financial instruments including CDRs Pay Orders and Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. The successful bidder must submit an electronic performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days after issuance of the letter, failing which the tender will be cancelled and earnest money forfeited. Applicable taxes are payable according to the rules.
