Description
Procurement of furniture items under framework contract for financial year 2025-26 through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible firms distributors dealers suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments are invited to participate. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated amount is mandatory in shape of bank call deposit or CDR. Successful bidder shall provide 10 percent performance guarantee. Minimum one year warranty free replacement free service and maintenance are required. E-bids must be submitted by 05-06-2026 at 08:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Pro Tip: Attach all mandatory tax registration certificates and ensure timely delivery commitment within 10 days of supply order.
