Municipal Infrastructure Rehabilitation Improvement Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and improvement works for municipal infrastructure including rehabilitation and improvement of clean and green park in Vehari City rehabilitation of slaughter house in Vehari City and construction of wash room in Mailsi City. Procurement is invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2025-26 through PPRA E-Tendering System on EPADS. Contractors are required to upload earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR before bid opening otherwise disqualification shall apply. Financial bids must contain item wise quoted rates and completely filled BOQs and rate analysis summaries otherwise bids shall be declared non responsive. Fake information or forged documents may lead to blacklisting and recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Bid opening shall take place in presence of contractors and tender opening committee.
