Rain Cut Filling Canal Restoration Works Tender Notice
Description
Restoration and maintenance works including filling of rain cuts and gharas between RD 315+000 to 387+566 of Lower Gugera Division Faisalabad under item rate basis according to Market Rate System July to December 2025. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Tendering and E-PADS from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2025-26. Bidders are required to submit bids under single stage procedure with valid PEC registration professional tax receipts CNIC PRA registration and earnest money in shape of bank guarantee or CDR. Original bid security must be submitted before bid deadline otherwise bids shall be considered non responsive. Conditional incomplete and blank BOQ bids shall be rejected. Successful bidder shall execute agreement immediately after acceptance letter and may be required to provide quality assurance security if quoted rates are five percent below estimated cost.
