Annual Framework Contract For Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items including computer chairs officer revolving chairs visitor chairs iron cots single beds and single bed mattresses through annual framework contract under single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement is open to financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and accompanied by 5 percent bid security in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order in favor of Senior Additional Registrar Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of estimated cost upon award of contract. All rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes and valid for 180 days.
