Description
Annual maintenance repair and operation contracts for HVAC systems lifts and air conditioners installed at Services Hospital Lahore and Services Institute of Medical Sciences through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended upto date. Scope includes one time repair replacement of defective HVAC parts maintenance of Kawasaki and Hitachi HVAC systems repair and maintenance of bed and passenger lifts and operation of air conditioning systems of various capacities. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Firms must upload technical and financial proposals along with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR or bank guarantee before bid opening.
