Hospital Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines surgical disposables dialysis consumables pathology laboratory items reagent kits general store items printing items stationery bedding linen X-ray films chemical items dental materials instruments and medical gases for THQ Hospital Tandlianwala under framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 amended. Separate lot wise bids are required and bidders must upload EPADS bids along with original bid security valid for 180 days in shape of CDR Pay Order Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque. Hard copy sealed bids are also required. Taxes shall be deducted as per government rules and valid NTN GST PST registrations are mandatory. Pro Tip: Suppliers should submit separate documents for each lot and ensure both online and hard copy submissions before deadline.
