Procurement of medical gases for annual tender year 2026-2027 through e-bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Interested firms shall download tender documents from PPRA website and E-PADS portal and submit bids electronically through E-PADS - Original bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in shape of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee is mandatory and must be submitted in Purchase Section at least 30 minutes before tender opening time - Procuring agency reserves right to cancel procurement process due to non-availability or insufficient funds and may modify item quantities according to PPRA Rules - Tenders shall be opened publicly as per scheduled time - Pro Tip: Ensure timely submission of original bid security before tender opening to avoid straight rejection of bid offer
