Framework contracts for THQ Hospital City Talagang for FY 2026-27 covering local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items and devices with estimated cost of 15 million and medical gases with estimated cost of 6.0 million, with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each contract. Bidders must have active FBR and PRA taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA under applicable Punjab Health and Population Department policy and PPRA Rules. For the local purchase of medicines and surgical items, bidders must have a valid CDSL issued on Form 09 and must not be outside District Chakwal. Procurement will use Single Stage-Two Envelope Technical and Financial bidding through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
