Installation of 04KW Off-Grid Hybrid Solar Systems for courts and allied offices at Headquarters Dera Ghazi Khan and Tehsil Taunsa Sharif through open E-Tendering under PPRA Rules 2014 - Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council along with PRA and FBR in relevant category eligible to participate - Original CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost mandatory before tender opening and item rate basis quotation compulsory for each BOQ item - Quality Assurance Security applicable for bids more than 5% below DNIT and additional performance guarantee of 7% applicable where work amount exceeds Rs.50000000 - Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids and strict legal action shall be initiated for fake information or fake CDR submission - Pro Tip: Submit complete rate analysis pages and original CDR before tender opening to avoid disqualification
