Framework Contract Shields Flexes Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contract for shields, standees, flexes and stationery items for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be followed with separate technical and financial proposals through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a). Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount is required in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Bank Cheque. Estimated categories include shields (PKR 5,699,400), standees/flexes (PKR 821,280) and stationery items (PKR 2,124,000) with total estimated cost of PKR 8,644,680 and total earnest money of PKR 172,894. Bids will be opened at 03:30 PM in the presence of representatives of participating firms. Procurement, acceptance or rejection of bids shall be governed by PPRA Punjab rules and suppliers may be disqualified for false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
