Medicines Surgical Disposables Medical Gases Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for local purchase of medicines, surgical items, disposables including dialysis supplies, Zakat program supplies, Bait ul Mal program supplies, UHI requirements, special health initiative program requirements and medical gases for fiscal year 2026-2027. Technical and financial bids are invited from firms registered on EPADS and affiliated with relevant authorities. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall be followed. Bid security in the form of pay order, bank draft, deposit at call or irrevocable bank guarantee is required as specified in bidding documents. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Late bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: Ensure regulatory registrations, technical compliance documents and bid security are submitted according to bidding requirements.
