Procurement It Audio Visual Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of display systems including LED and large format displays, audio visual conference and sound reinforcement systems, projection systems, IT networking and surveillance systems including CCTV, network switches and online UPS equipment under turnkey solutions. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax authorities. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS under PPRA Rules. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated amount for each lot is required in the form of bank guarantee or CDR. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject or accept bids in accordance with PPRA Rules and may disqualify bidders submitting false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
