Supply Hospital Medicines Equipment Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory kits and chemicals, stationery items, general store items, X-ray films and chemicals, dental materials and kits, bio-medical gases, and printing and publication materials for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through the electronic procurement system. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required for each procurement lot. Successful bidders shall sign contracts and furnish performance guarantees equal to 5% of contract value through CDR, bank draft, bank guarantee or pay order.
