Auction of dry branches and fallen tree trunks, old examination papers from secrecy and IR sections, and miscellaneous items located at Tent Hostel, Secrecy and Examination Section, Fatima Jinnah warehouse store section, Main Office warehouse, Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, IR, Art and Design, CDPM and UMS. Interested bidders may inspect the material before the auction and obtain auction forms against a fee of Rs. 1,500. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes along with a refundable call deposit of Rs. 200,000 in the name of Treasurer. Bids with less than the required deposit will be rejected. Sealed bids must reach the specified venue before the deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders. Successful bidders shall pay 15 percent advance along with applicable taxes and complete payment and removal of material within fifteen days. Auction will be conducted on an as-is where-is basis. Shisham wood will be auctioned per cubic foot and other wood categories as specified.
