Supply Of Medical Equipment And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medical equipment and accessories comprising fifteen items. Procurement shall be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must have completed three similar assignments of comparable complexity, possess turnover of at least Rs. 4000000 during the previous three years, hold active taxpayer status and sales tax registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Joint ventures are not permitted. Submission of required bid security and bidding document fee is mandatory. Samples shall be inspected by the evaluation committee and responsiveness shall be determined accordingly. Bid security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender documents are available upon payment of Rs. 1000. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately and opened according to the prescribed schedule.
