Description
Selection of vendor for Sehat Sahulat Program local purchase of medicines - surgical disposables and non-drug items for THQ Hospital Kabal Swat during financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS KP-PPRA Portal using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid security of Rs. 120000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory and must be uploaded electronically with original copy submitted separately. Eligible firms must possess valid drug sale license, FBR registration, Active Taxpayer status, KPRA registration and EPADS registration. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Contract shall initially remain valid for one year and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance. Bidders shall quote maximum possible discount on MRP for medicines and negotiations are not permitted. Successful bidder shall maintain a duly licensed pharmacy or medical store near the hospital gate throughout the contract period.
