External Works Construction For Residential Building Tender Notice
Description
Execution of external works for House No. 17, Colony No. 01 Main Campus including civil construction activities under MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure shall be adopted through EPADS. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration, PRA registration, Professional Tax Certificate and Active Taxpayer status. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer is required and original CDR must be submitted before opening. Item-wise rates are mandatory. Affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and absence of litigation is required. Additional quality assurance security may apply where quoted rates are significantly below estimate.
