Faculty Housing External Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of external works for an ongoing faculty housing project including civil works, electrical works, public health works and all related infrastructure works. Eligible bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-4 and submit details of firm establishment, PEC registration, similar projects completed during the last five years, ongoing works, key personnel, machinery resources, litigation history and financial stability certificates. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. A refundable bid security equal to 1.5% of the bid value in the form of pay order or demand draft is mandatory. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs.10000. Technical proposals shall be opened first and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
