Bulk Purchase Of Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of medicines for financial year 2026-27 from manufacturers, importers and sole agents of foreign principals possessing established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules and conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost of quoted items is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, pay order or demand draft. Samples of quoted items shall be received on the day of tender opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid submission through EPADS is mandatory.
