Bulk Purchase Of Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of medicines for the financial year 2026-27 from manufacturers, importers and sole agents having established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using EPADS. Samples of quoted items shall be submitted on the day of tender opening. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bid validity shall remain 270 days. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Quantities may be increased or decreased according to available funds and applicable procurement rules. Pro Tip: Submit properly indexed, signed and stamped bidding documents together with all required technical evaluation documents.
