Medical Devices Surgical Disposables Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of medical devices and surgical disposable items for financial year 2026-27 from manufacturers, importers and sole agents of foreign principals possessing established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost of quoted items is required. Samples of quoted items shall be submitted on the tender opening date. Electronic bid submission through EPADS is mandatory. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
