Printers Related Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of printers and related equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be financially sound firms, suppliers or manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Estimated procurement value is Rs. 5,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and original bid security submitted before the prescribed deadline. Samples may be required by the technical committee. Prices shall include all applicable taxes. Procurement and evaluation shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
