Books Gym Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of books for engineering, technology and economics disciplines and procurement of gym equipment. Eligible firms, suppliers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, book sellers and publishers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and EPADS may participate. For books procurement only prequalified firms, book sellers and publishers for the specified years are eligible. Procurement of books shall follow Single Stage One Envelope Procedure while gym equipment procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit bids electronically through EPADS together with scanned bid security instruments and affidavits and provide original bid security and affidavit before the submission deadline. Bid securities are required according to the specified estimated costs and validity periods. A pre-bid meeting for gym equipment procurement is scheduled as mentioned in the bidding documents. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit original bid security and affidavit before the deadline and ensure complete EPADS submission for each procurement package.
